1. Email ID is Mandatory
   Your Form Number and OTP will be sent only to your registered email address. (preferably gmail)
2. Check Spam/Junk Folder for OTP
   If you do not receive the OTP in your inbox, please check the Spam/Junk folder.
   • After finding the email, mark it as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk”.
   • In Gmail mobile app, open the left menu → scroll down → open Spam folder
3. Avoid Yahoo and Rediffmail
   It has been observed that OTP emails may be delayed or not received on Yahoo Mail and Rediffmail accounts. Students are advised to use Gmail or other reliable email services.
4. If OTP is Not Received If you receive a blank/invalid OTP message twice, reply to the same email and mention your:
   • Form Number
   • Issue faced
   Format:
   Form Number: XXXXX
5. Keep Required Documents Ready
   While filling the form, keep the following ready:
   • Aadhaar Card Number
   • Passport-size digital photograph
   You may also upload a photo directly from your mobile phone.
6. Email ID Will Be Your Login ID
   The email ID entered during registration will be treated as your login username for future access.
7. Create Your Own Password
   While filling the form, you can create your own password. Using your registered email ID and password, you can log in and edit the form until it is finally printed/submitted.
8. . If Internet Gets Disconnected
   If internet connectivity is interrupted or you are logged out accidentally, you can log in again using your email ID and password and continue filling the form.You do not need to generate OTP again.
9. Final Submission and Editing
   Once the form is printed or submitted, no changes can be made.

   After final submission, the form will be considered for the admission process. No separate confirmation email will be sent.

   Please do not call for confirmation.

   You can re-login and print your submitted form anytime until the admission process is completed.
